What Past Retreat Attendees Say...

"This retreat was powerful; a process allowing me to feel the strength, inspiration, safety, and trust to feel the joy I've been waiting to feel. There was fear and disempowerment that needed to be burned away to make room and space for that joy and I’m grateful to the process, guides (Tristan Gribbin and Peter Sterios), and new trusted friends, for the space to reach that state. A deep gratitude resonates from this experience into all that I do.” - Kellie P.

Days 1–2 | Landing + Entering the Sacred Land

  • You arrive in Iceland and begin to slow down. We gather in Reykjavik at the elegant Saga Hotel, share dinner, and open the container with storytelling and intention setting so the week begins with connection, not rush.

  • The next morning we travel into the mountains to our private ancestral farm, one of Iceland’s quiet, hidden sacred sites. The moment you arrive, you feel the shift. The sky opens. The land holds you.

  • We formally open with a cacao ceremony and grounding session, then head to Hvammsvík’s ocean-edge hot springs for a true bucket list soak where mountains meet the sea. This is a luxurious local gem not typically visited by tourists.

  • Dinner back at the farm is your first taste of the homemade meals prepared by our onsite chef. From this point forward, all meals at the farm are chef-prepared using fresh, locally inspired ingredients. Think warm soups, fresh breads, vibrant vegetables, slow-cooked comfort dishes, and desserts that feel both nourishing and satisfying. Dinners are shared around a long table, with laughter, storytelling, and the kind of presence that only comes when everyone’s nervous system has finally settled.

  • Evening brings restorative yoga, chef-prepared dinner, meditation, and Northern Lights viewing opportunities when conditions align. Watching the aurora from the privacy of our home base is one of those bucket list moments that stays with you for life.

Meditation Session

Days 3–4 | Levity + Flow Immersion

  • These are your deep immersion days. The rhythm settles. The nervous system drops. The work deepens, and somehow, it also gets lighter.

  • Mornings begin with a gentle wake-up cue, hydration, and dynamic yoga designed to awaken strength without strain. Journaling follows, giving space for insight to land.

  • Silent brunch extends the integration, allowing awareness to stay present before the day unfolds.

  • Midday sessions are guided by Tristan of Flow Meditation and Peter in a seamless interplay that only comes from experience. This is their fifth retreat co-leading together. They know the dance well. One brings stillness and clarity. The other brings embodied exploration and levity. Their rhythm feels natural, refined, and deeply human.

  • Tristan’s work in meditation and nervous system regulation creates steadiness and internal spaciousness. Peter’s approach invites curiosity, movement, and lightness even in depth. And both of them love a great laugh, keeping the room relaxed and real. Expect insight. Expect depth. Expect to giggle more than you think you will.

  • Afternoons are intentionally open. Hike the land. Soak in the hot tub. Watch the light shift across the mountains. Rest. Connect. Be still.

  • Dinner is a daily anchor point. A long table. Homemade, chef-prepared food. Shared stories. Easy bonding.

  • Evenings close with meditation, Q&A, restorative yoga, and conversation by the fire.

  • By the end of these two days, most guests notice something tangible. Clearer thinking. Softer shoulders. Deeper sleep. A steadier internal pace.

Days 5–6 | Sacred Sites + Bucket List Landscapes

  • These days are designed as a bridge. From deep inner immersion to expansive outer awe.

  • We begin again at Hvammsvík’s ocean-edge hot springs. Returning here is intentional. The first soak was about arrival. This one is about integration.

  • From there, we move into Iceland’s deeper storylines.

  • Hraunfossar, where water slips gently through ancient lava rock like the earth is quietly breathing.

  • Reykholt, steeped in Icelandic sagas and cultural history, where the landscape feels alive with memory.

  • That evening, we dine out at Foss Reykholt, a place we experienced together on our last retreat and still talk about. The food is thoughtful, locally rooted, and deeply satisfying. It is the kind of meal that slows you down, warms you from the inside out, and lingers in memory long after the trip is over.

  • The following day expands even further into Iceland’s most iconic bucket list landscapes.

  • Þingvellir National Park, where you can stand between tectonic plates and feel the magnitude of the planet beneath your feet. Gullfoss, raw and thunderous, mist rising in the air. The Geysir geothermal area, alive and unpredictable, reminding you the earth is still in motion.

  • These are places most travelers rush through. We experience them with intention.

  • Tristan has spent over 30 days in Iceland and moves through these landscapes with a lived familiarity and reverence. She knows when to linger. When to pause. When to let the moment speak.

  • These two days will leave you with a feeling of expansion and aliveness.

  • Not just like you visited Iceland. Like you experienced it.

Day 7 | Integration + Departure

  • This is a softer day. The kind that lets everything you experienced settle into something you can actually carry home.

  • We begin with a closing ceremony and final integration session, a moment to reflect on what shifted, name what you are taking with you, and anchor the practices you want to keep. Expect a mix of tenderness and strength. Gratitude. A little “I can’t believe it’s over.” And a quiet confidence that you are leaving different than you arrived, in a way that feels real in your body.

  • After closing, we make time for local souvenir shopping, not the touristy kind, but the kind that feels meaningful. A small gift for someone you love. A reminder for yourself. Something that helps you remember this version of you when you get back to normal life.

  • From there, we coordinate departure logistics based on your travel plans. We will offer a shared transfer to the airport for guests flying out that day. If you are extending your trip or staying in Reykjavik an extra night, we can drop you in the city so you can continue your adventure at your own pace.

  • You leave with your camera roll full, yes. But more importantly, you leave with steadier energy, clearer signal, and a grounded sense of what matters, plus a circle of people who now feel like part of your story

A note about weather and itinerary:  Iceland’s beauty comes with a bit of unpredictability, especially October, when daylight is limited and weather can change quickly.
We’ve created a thoughtful itinerary, but we may adjust along the way to stay safe and make the most of the experience.

Klief Family Farm

The Setting

The accommodations embody the true spirit of Icelandic living. Cozy yet refined. Modern yet rooted in traditional Nordic craftsmanship. Warm wood finishes, clean lines, and thoughtfully designed interiors create a space that feels both elevated and deeply comforting.

Kleif Farm is perfectly situated for optimal Northern Lights viewing. Far from city light pollution and surrounded by open sky, this sacred mountain setting offers extraordinary conditions to witness the aurora when they appear. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub beneath dancing green light is a bucket list moment few people experience in such privacy.

Large panoramic windows and open living spaces blur the line between indoors and out, allowing you to stay connected to the landscape regardless of the weather. Whether it is mist rolling through the mountains, snowfall drifting quietly, or clear Arctic skies glowing at night, the view is always part of the experience.

Comfortable sitting areas, natural textures, and intimate gathering spaces make the home feel welcoming and restorative. It is the kind of place that naturally slows you down and invites you to exhale.
